Generally we will not share your information with third parties except as required to care for you, when it is necessary for safety, or when it is required by law.

If you have a complaint, compliment or other comment, please feel free to discuss this directly with your doctor in the first instance. You can also ask to speak with the Practice Manager of either practice.

If your complaint is unable to be resolved by the practice, you can contact the Healthcare Complaints Commission.

You can put your complaint, compliment or comment in writing and either email it to us, or post it to us care of either Maxim Street or First Avenue.
